2. Scope of Services
Culture Insider provides personalized travel experiences, cultural tours, and desert adventures in Morocco. Services include itinerary planning, accommodation booking, guided tours, transportation, and related travel activities.
3. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, by email, or through authorized agents.
To confirm your booking, a deposit (typically 30%) may be required. Full payment is due prior to the start of your tour unless otherwise agreed.
Once payment is received, you will receive a written confirmation including itinerary details and booking references.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and may vary depending on exchange rates and seasonality.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected].
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.
6. Changes and Modifications
Culture Insider reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety, or local conditions, while ensuring equivalent or improved services.
If significant changes are made before the tour, you will be informed promptly and offered an alternative or refund option.
7. Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal liability, and lost luggage. Culture Insider is not responsible for incidents beyond our control.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must hold valid passports, visas (if applicable), and comply with Moroccan entry laws.
Any behavior that endangers others or disrupts the trip may result in termination of the tour without refund.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Culture Insider acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.).
We are not liable for injuries, damages, delays, or losses beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Complaints
In case of dissatisfaction, clients must notify their guide or our office as soon as possible to allow immediate resolution.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after tour completion.
11. Intellectual Property
All text, logos, images, and media published on this site are the property of Culture Insider and protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (GDPR & Moroccan Law 09-08).
13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Depending on the contracting entity, disputes will be governed by:
- Moroccan law and the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts for contracts with Culture Insider SARL AU.
- California, USA law and the jurisdiction of California courts for contracts with Culture Insider LLC.
